Physiotherapy Session

€50

Physiotherapy session begins with an assessment and then your therapist discusses with you your treatment plan.
This may include dry needling, joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, TENS machine, exercise therapy, stretching etc.

Massage

€40 - €50

If you would like to relax and get rid of some muscle tension, increase the flow of blood and oxygen and decrease pain, we are happy to see you for a massage session.
30 minute back massage: €40
One hour full body massage: €50

Private Pilates

€30 - €45

We are teaching Pilates classes and provide private Pilates sessions. They take an hour. Private Pilates session for one person (including pregnancy Pilates): €30 Private Pilates session for 2 people: €45
